Arcade Cabinet Problem

Hey - I'm looking for some suggestions.

I just plugged a CPS2 game into my arcade cabinet (jamma connector onto the A+B board). The game boots up, but there is no sound and the colors are monochrome, a bluish-gray. Any idea what I should do, or if there's a source of information online that I can use to figure this stuff out?

Keep in mind that I'm a dumbass who doesn't understand anything about arcade cabinets.

I think there may be a sync problem, or the red/green may be disconnected - I don't know for sure.
