LifeLine, called "Operator's Side" in Japan, is a new survival horror title by Konami. The difference from all other survival horror titles is that you control the action via a head set, you command the character to act with your voice as opposed to your controller.

Rio will be able to unlock minigames--for instance, in one you will take turns naming off all the state capitals with Rio--by collecting capsules on her way to salvation.

Seriously, I love games that incorperate learning/educational elements.

On another note, as long as don't have to talk like a robot, this will rock. I love new gameplay elements. If Konami can really make me feel like I am telling a woman what to do from a control room then RAD! If I feel like I have to watch what I am saying and learn commands then... bahh forget it.

"Check . west . wall"
"Shoot . enemy . 1"
Walk . 10 . steps . ahead"

Screw that, I want to be like:

"Shoot the blue fucker!!"
"Go to the upper corner."
"Turn around and shoot him!"

But would settle for:

"Shoot enemy 1."
"Search the room"

it has a cool tech demo you can run on your PC to see how the voice recon works...you do need a usb headset or mic of course to use it.

Isn't this game already out? Could have sworn I saw it at EB...

Anyways, reviews have been very good, and Rio responds to things like a normal human being. I remember in one review, she was in a doctor's office, and she didn't remember why, and the player had to prompt her with words.. the reviewer used a ton of them, such as gurney, I.V, x-ray, needles, and some other ones and she knew them all.

She also says alot of humorous things if you ask to take off her clothes, for instance.

Konami seems to have really hit a goldmine, with this game.
