If there is significant interest in a new tech board, I'd have no problem with it.

I think that a tech board would be nice- and I know people have said this in the past.
Things like rgb, superguns, joysticks, etc. keep coming up in the main forum because the threads get bumped down quickly.

I could see the benefits of a 'hardware'-esque forum that dealt with all the computer troubles and all sorts of console/PCB/whatever else problems.
