Bust A Move was Puzzle Bobble - not a variant of Bust A Groove which is just danceing - like this game appears to be.

Bust A Groove is the American equivalent to Bust A Move in Japan. They changed the name because Bust A Move (Puzzle Bobble) was already trademarked for the U.S. territory.Originally posted by TracerBullet

Man oh man, I hope and pray that this game comes out in Japan, but whomever releases it pulls an America and retools the game for what is popular over there - aka Ayumi Hamasaki. *heh* Or hell, make it Morning Musume or whatever.
Anyhow, blah blah it's Brittney so it has to suck, yeah that's nice just don't reply how about that? I'm eager to try the game out, because the game engine seems cool, and I like the way attacks work. Every ten combo? Actually, that makes people try harder to do better, to get the attacks to happen, so I'm willing to give it a try. Only five songs, though, LAAME. She has to have more than five hits, right? One more time, Stronger, Crazy, Oops, Lucky (I suppose)... hrmm, gotta be something I missed. Guess maybe they didn't have a lot of hits to work with. *heh*

I sold Korly his copy. I then purchased a copy for myself.
I could not be happier with my purchase.

Shidoshi: Well, thing is, it's a music game. So if one hates the music, one certainly isn't going to like playing the game.
Personally, I'm torn. I really want to play it, but I don't want to listen to it. And even with that music, there's only five tracks (repetition of crap, ahoy!), which makes it even less worth buying. I'll wait for a serious price drop or a used copy.
five tracks?
