I was playing it earlier this week and it's still a brilliant game. And it gets pretty hard late on which is always a bonus.

  2. Three Dirty Dwarves is definately a unique and worthy addition to any collection.

Tempest 2000, if you don't have any of the other versions definately look for it.

And my favorite obscure pick, and one that I find highly playable, much to the dismay of other gamers, is Vatlva. If you have the slightest interest in customizable RC battle cars, then get this. It'll take some time to get into, and master the control of each vehicle, but hopefully you can find 5 friends to compete against, and you'll certainly have a blast.

Capcom Generation 4 is another recent favorite of mine. It's all about Gunsmoke.

i never understood why people like this game. is it just because it was featured in the graveyard in gamefan? because i have the game and i think it sucks.

Kururin Pa! (on par w/ magical drop III in my warped mind)

Also, Tryrush Deppy isn't that good, really. Though the novelty of a platformer in which you're a car might be worth something to you...

  5. Shadows of the Tusk: A must for fans of Culdcept and CCGs in general.

And yeah, Psychic Assassin Taromaru pretty much sucks. But it's got great art and music.

Well she first appeared in the great Keio game on Sega CD right? This is a sort of sequel, no?

Wolfgames.com has it for 60 bucks. I've been eyeing this one too, but don't want to spend so much on it.

Oh and yes Magical Drop 3 is a brilliant brilliant game, esp in RGB.

  7. The Pinball games for the Saturn are among the best on any system.

Last Gladiators Pinball and Necronomicon Digital Pinball (JPN).

Lies! ....not that I've ever even heard of Kururin Pa!.... But nothing can touch Magical Drop III. It's just not possible.

Magical Drop is excellent. I don't think I've ever seen a faster paced puzzle game; matches are over in a small handful of incredibly tense and adrenaline filled seconds. Awesome stuff.

Is Kururin Pa also hectic and all that?

  10. Nothing's quite as fast paced as MDropIII... but Kururin Pa is highly strategic, there's basically a mad rush to set up a colossal combo and ignite before your opponent... i love it.
