That's weird... Sony rejected KoF 2002, Samsho Zero, and SNK Vs Capcom, yet they are letting this one through at 39.99?

For reasons like this, I modded my PS2 and I kinda regret it in a way. I recently purchased ZOE2 so I went back to the first ZOE game which I never finished when it was first released and to my surprise, I couldn't save the game anymore. I can load the saved file with no prob, but when I try to save, it takes me back to the boot up screen with the memory card and the game disc showing.
