All I can say is, if you use one of these firewalls, patch it as soon as possible. This worm didn't last long, but unlike other worms that have been around as of late, this one actually corrupted and deleted data. It acted just like MSBlast, which means being online is all you would need to do to be infected within minutes. You can also block UDP port 4000 on your firewall.
