New 1rst party title

Nintendo has partnered with Kuju to develope a new 1rst party title. Not a whole lot of specifics yet but it may be shown at E3. Kuju described the title as a "major new GameCube game" and "innovative". They've developed Reign of Fire, Fire Warriors and Lotus Challenge. I've only played Reign of Fire and it blew, but I'm gonna keep an open mind.

Whatever happened to that new mascot character Nintendo was working on to possibly replace Mario?

Perhaps this is the game?

If it were any other company (namely Sony or Microsoft) I would do my best to defame them and detract from this news.
