VR center arcade games.

Back in the early 90's when large super Arcades were in existance. Some arcades carried uber expensive arcade units that smaller arcades could'nt afford to supply. One such unit was called the VR. It provided large wrap around screens with 5 players and larger units supporting up to 28 players.

I found this unit, while doing a search, but never had the pleasure of playing Galaxian 3 in the arcades. I did however, play the 5 player sit down version of another spectacular shooter much like it, using the same hardware.

I never did see Galaxian3.

This thread reminds me, does anyone remember the name of that theatre-size(from the pics I saw in a PC Engine mag's arcade section) hologram multiplayer gun game from Sega? It only came out in Japan I think.
