I didn’t see a Kim Possible thread so I thought it was about time there was one.
(note: yes I know this is a show and should be in cinema, but under the request of a few other board members I put it in sound off. Please leave it here.)
As a few have said, Kim Possible is probably the only good animated show being produced by Disney right now. For those who haven’t seen the show, it is a animated cartoon on Disney. It fallows the heroic exploits of a teenage girl who somehow became a super hero Bond like character. To aid her, is her good friend Ron, and his side kick Rufus, a hairless mole rat that often times is more skilled than either Kim or Ron.
What really makes the show is it’s villains. Some of the best humor in the show comes from the bad guys. You have everything from Monkey Ninjas, to a Scots-man that attacks with flaming golf balls.
My favorites are Drakken and his sidekick Shego. Drakken is your classic evil genius, while Shego is a super powered ninja like woman who is evil for the sake of being evil. She is also probably the smartest bad guy in the entire show. The only thing really stopping her from taking over the world seems to be apathy. Most of the episodes these two are in are worth watching if only for the comedic arguments between the two of them. One such argument can be found here.

Ok, so since when was Kim Possible so popular? I remember watching it when it started and now about a month or two ago, all you people are into it. What happened, was there some whacky porn episode that I missed once I stopped watching?

I just don't understand how Kim can live with putting Ron in danger all the time... yeah, Kim can handle it, but Ron's just going to die one of these days.

What the heck is so good about this show?
I only saw it for the first time a few months ago, and it's a pretty damn good cartoon. I don't think it's exactly "popular", though, at least, outside of TNL. I don't think I know anyone else who digs it outside of here. No, okay, one, but that's it.
I've liked it for a while now, I just figured that no one else did.
I don't know why Disney is dropping the ball on this show. They are handling the marketing of it horribly. The toys and clothes are completely marketed to little girls. There are about 20 different types of kim in doll form. 2 rons, 3or 4 rufus dolls, and a bunch of stickers and stationary of kim. Also all the clothes and what not, are in girl colors.
I know the show about a girl hero, but it lacks a sex bias like other shows like My little pony or Strawberry short cake, so I have no idea why it is being marketed this way.
Worse yet, Disney is probably going to cancel it after the 65 ep.
