People have unprotected sex all the time, I think it's reasonable for them to assume that the person they're screwing hasn't got a deadly disease. If the guy hadn't known then I could see an argument being made, but he knew all along and that kind of callous individual is a detriment to society.

Actually, it's because he's hooked, and I give him credit for trying to quit.

But there's little difference between the two as long as you realize that the ANYONE WHO HAS SEX IS WRONGGG argument is meritless and meaningless. Smoking and unprotected sex are both calculated risks, and I guarantee that more people die of the former by a huge margin.
