Earlier today, <A href="http://www.eidos.com">Eidos</a> announced a partnership with Highway 1 Productions, a newly founded independent production company. The two companies have recently started development on a new third-person, urban action game said to also feature an online component respectively for the PS2 and Xbox platforms.
