What the hell? Do the pictures change? The few times I've played it, the pics have been asian people. Now its some white guy and girl.

i've never noticed that since i've only played once. but that's awesome. it's like the dates in the diary, they're actually days of the current week that you're playing it.

you need to click in exactly the right spaces.

that's the only gripe i have with the game. it's down to the exact pixel that makes it less enjoyable. no way would i have found the diary key if i didn't start clicking on exact spots. i dunno, maybe it's only me, but i think they could've given some leeway with that.

Yeah, they changed. I was wondering if they were only white people in the English version, but nope. It's the same in the Japanese version. Weird. He credits the people in the photos, too.

As annoying as these games can be, I like them. Apparently if you donate 500 yen for the Viridian Room, there's a new room available, but I didn't look into whether or not it accepts US funds, heh, for the amusement I had with the first two, $5 wouldn't kill me.

The game is designed fine, you need to click in exactly the right spaces.

It seems that you have to look at the paper with the hair on it and click on it a few times before you can lift the wastebasket. Or, try moving around and then going back and picking it up again.

diary dates. like i mentioned before, the dates in the diary correspond with the current week. so write them down and enter them until it unlocks. goes by the mm/dd numbering style (ex: 05/25).

Gohron - you're talking about Viridian Room right? because there's a point where you'll need to burn the hairs on the paper to get something to happen. it may or may not go with what Mike is saying though. shit happens for different reasons apparently. like the picture frame. that thing came out of nowhere unexplained.

Yea, some events are triggered by doing other things. Like I just found out about the garbage can. Yea that diary key is kinda lame, you have to click for a bit for it to pop out.

how do you pick up the insence? and I tried clicking the lock alot - do I need some key? where is the key? I see no puzzles here.

For the diary lock you need a key. I mentioned something about it up above, You'll have to click a bit to find it.

This game sucks. I'm not a big fan of the "click everything 8 times to make shit happen" crap adventure design like Snatcher had.

The bike lock is Aya's birthday. Look in the diary, he says, "The day after tomorrow is Aya's birthday." If the date is 5/29 or something, you enter 0529 for the bike lock.

Tracer - You need to find the key for the red book. Remember, click on a lot of things. Sometimes a well-placed click will get you something.
