While many will consider the last Myst: Uru to have been wholly unexciting, its Montreal-based developer presses on with its fourth installment, entitled Myst: Revelation and scheduled to hit the PC sometime this fall.

Ubisoft hasn't released too many details at the moment other than the fact the story will focus around characters Sirrus and Achner, suspected for the disappearance of a little girl. And thus, where the player's adventure begins - a quest to solve the mystery and discover the fate of the two villainous brothers.

Peter Gabriel will offer his musical talents, providing an immersive ambient soundtrack in conjunction with award-winning composer Jack Wall.

For fans of the series, Ubisoft considers Revelation to be a "must-have, though I have yet to pick up on the series since the original. More details will definitely be unveiled at E3.
