The game is called Super Cosplay Wars. Don't let the name fool you though. It's a very good fighter, especially when you look at the price. It plays pretty similary to Pocket Fighter, but without the gems. It has 13 standard characters and about 8 hidden characters. It also has a standard fighter mode, a verse mode, and a really cool beat-em-up mode. There's also a hidden practice mode. So check it out, and let me know what you think.
BTW: 1203R is a patch for 1203 with some extras. Though I haven't had issues running the patch, some of my friends have, so I'd reccomend trying 1203 without the patch. If it works then add the patch and see what happens. Also, if the 1203 version doesn't work, try adding the patch and see what happens.
