how does the PS2 keep the time and date? does it have a cmos battery like the GameCube? can it be replaced?

i had to order an new set of monkeys last week. they be crazzy little buggers.

I guess when its turned off, theres still a little voltage going through the PS2 thus, causing the PS2 to keep track of time and date.

theres a battery like you have in your camera (you know the small round ones) like in the saturn and in the DC VMUs
