As mentioned in the article, one of the things that the updates fix is a flaw that could potentially cause a blaster like attack. So check out the article, and then go to http://www.windowsupdate.com (using IE 5.0+) or go to MS's site and manually download and install the updates posted in the article (can be done with any browser).
