Thread: Media player stopped working

    Media player stopped working

So... whenever I try to open up Media Player I get "An internal application error has occured".

This means I can't watch porn.

    Unacceptable.

Is there teh virus going around that eats Media Player, or is God telling me to stop looking at naked bitches.

  2. I get that error every so often, but only with Internet Explorer. I think there's something fishy going on with MSN products.

  3. have you tried downloading the install for it and reinstalling WMP
    Where I play

  4. I all of a sudden (coming back from being out of town for 3 days with no one touching the computer) have the same problem. I'll try reinstalling. I'm also getting pop-ups now that come up in weird boxes that cant be blocked. Its not the messenger thing either. New Aim sucks. I hate computers.

    Thanks.

    Update: everything works fine now.

  9. WMP, in standard mode, has the most bloated interface possible.

Try using the DivX player for playing movies. Works fine for MPEG and AVI files.

  10. Or, even better: Real Alternative. Comes with a classic-style media player and all the real media codecs so you'll never have to download that shitty RealOne player ever again.
