Yep. I've rarely known any real nice black females, the only ones were those raised primarily around white people. Doesn't seem to apply as much to the males, there's plenty of real nice guys no matter what group was around as they grew up.

Not too many Asians around here, there only seems to be a few because of the nearby art college.

Yeah, I agree (But I don't know about the being raised part. I'd just say it's primarily the "Ghetto Princesses" that are making other rational black women look incredibly bad.).

I always tell people: If you want to have good customer service at your store, DON'T HIRE A BLACK WOMAN! Overall they just don't have the disposition to be nice and calm in such situations. The smallest thing can tick them off. I wouldn't mind having one defending me in an argument, though.

I hate hating on my own race of women, but too many out there make our entire race look like gold-diggin, out-spoken, overly-loud, baby-having, uneducated, uncultured walking stereotypes, and I can't stand a lot of the ones that I encounter day to day (outside of the ones I know personally).

Actualy Black women have more estrogen than asian or white women. Just thought I'd drop that bit of info.
    ... estrogen makes people crazy.

  4. Of course it also helps he's athletic, intelligent, and has an endearing personality, but the unique blend of looks he got doesn't hurt.
Dude, you've totally got the hots for your cousin.

    Truth.

I think the attitude of a lot of black women is summed up with this: Destiny's Child's first single was "Pay my Bills," in which they spent the song demanding that their boyfriend (not spouse) pay their bills. Their follow-up single was "Independent Woman". That seems, in my experience, to fit the description of a lot of black women I know... not all, but a lot. The worst of them are worse than any other race or gender in terms of two-faced extortion and underhanded territorial disputes, which no doubt is a huge, HUGE turn-off. I work retail, and guess who always tries to talk down prices (No joke, a lot seem to think that products' prices are based on age, and anything that is over a year old should be dirt cheap by now, and dozens have given me the most horrible cock-eyed look when they see the price tag and inevitably add "is this the price?!"), and guess who makes a scene and wants to talk to the manager if they don't get their way moreso than any other type of customer. Being in a relationship with someone like that is the most unappealing thought in the world.
Truth. Though this mostly seems to be an east coast experience. The black women here on the west coast are more psychologically adjusted (read: sane) for the most part. Chalk that up to the laid back California Attitude and the massive amounts of therapy that goes on out here. I find that most of the "Bitches With Attitudes" you'd run into out here are mostly from the east coast and that Southern black girls tend to have more respect for their men. California black girls really couldn't give a fuck what color you are as long as you aren't a bigoted prick or just a flat-out asshole.

I'm no racist but DAMN black women tend to get on my nerves. There's a good number who are sweet, and to them, I'm sorry for this vent. Tell your sisters they're making you look bad.
Truth, but also a sad testament to the very human foible of judging entire groups of people based on the behaviors and attitudes of a few.

On the whole, far too many seem very much in the mold of "you gotta take care of me and my needs, but GODDAMN if I'm gonna help you out, I'm my own woman *head bob*."
Ghetto Queens can kiss my black ass.

Keep in mind that those "black bitches with attitude" are an American phenomenon. In Canada and other countries, black people generally talk and act no different than white people.

Actually, black people tend to have more of everything than other ethnic groups. Melanin, testosterone, mental problems, self-hatred, self-destructive behavior...

Ever noticed that when the government conducts social surveys, black people are virtually always at the bottom? Hell, even the latinos have passed us up as this country's largest minority demographic. That's not all that surprising though considering the way we are constantly destroying ourselves.

All this negative talk reminds me of a conversation I heard between two young black girls on a bus trip to school one morn.

"Hey Juakit, did you see Rawchel yesterday?"
    "Rawshel, who's Rawshel?"
"Girl, he is this guy, and he is soooo fiiinnee"
    "Really?"
"Oh yeah girl, you've seen him, remember yesterday at church?"
"That guy, oh damn, he was so hot."
"I know, I gotta get me some Rawshel"
"Me and you both, we need to have one of those french things with him"
"Yeah, we could have a Rashel Sandwich"
"We'ze gonna get us a little sumthen sumthen"
    "You know it"
    *annoying laughing*

Why is this? I ask as in highschool one of my good freinds was ignored by a majority of the other black kids in our school because he chose to act moral and work hard in school.

He didn't act gay or femine. He just chose to listen to normal rock music, tried to be a good christian, and to work hard in school. He was one of my best buds and a good guy, yet they ignored him.

It really puzzles me. Is he less of a person, aka a black person, because he doesn't like rap or act like a jerk? Would he not be, being more black and respecting his culture's history more by doing what he wants, and trying to get what he wants out of life, and ignoreing what some system tells him what he should do? When did being black mean, to not be white?

yo! it's fuct up! i grew up around a lot of different cultures in my early part of life. i listened to whatever an' blah blah blah. that's back when i lived in DC. when i moved to maryland i went to a predominantly black school. they gave me such a hard fukking time. they treated me terribly because i didn't listen to rap and didn't wear baggy clothes or care about their stupid "jordans" an' all this other crap. it was terrible. it really sucks...i mean, people like martin luther king didn't fight racism just so black people could have a right to hate people different from them....breaks my heart.
