It kinda has to be fake, I mean how does one pesons body hair show up, and yet not the hair on the other person's head? Was he screwing a completely shaved person?

Anyway, seriously, hair doesn't come up on radiographs, if you radiograph someone with a lot of hair you'll get some blurry lightening where the hair is, but there's no fucking way you'd see individual hairs. Not to mention you can see his nails, but not his metacarpals.
