That head-biting clip looks like an animated version of a manga everyone should read called Parasyte, but I didn't think they'd actually done an anime version of it. If they have I've got something I've got to track down right this second, though.

-edit- On second look, nobody in Parasyte wears clothes like that. Some science-fiction anime I guess, which is a shame because a Parasyte anime would be, if they gave it a decent budget and kept the writing as good as the manga, one of the best animes in years. Ah well...
