Base Exchange. It's like a mini Walmart of sorts on the base. The one here always prices games fucked up. I got a BRAND NEW Halo for 12 dollars. Disgaea is a very nich title so they must have been having trouble selling it, hence the super cheap price. Believe me, I snatched it up as soon as I saw it!
