Can it be run on a PAL Saturn using an action replay thingy/ multi region cart. I was thinking of buying one if it means I can play this game.
A JAP Saturn from ebay + Radiant Silvergun is gonna be too much.

Japanese games in PAL Saturns with multi-region carts will still be run in 50 Hz PAL format, so slower and non fullscreen. If you have an RGB / 60 Hz compatible TV, get your console modded or even better, buy a Japanese system.

Until I can find a cheap JAP saturn or the Saturn is finally fully emulated, I think a converter will have to do. Thanks for the reply.
If anyone can recomend a converter that will deffinately run it that would be appreciated.
