Thread: Joe Rose has left us

  1. Mad Joe Rose has left us

My Grandpa, Joe passed away this Sunday, on his birthday. He lived to be 91 years of age. He wore a leather jacket in the fifties, lifted weights and looked like Arnold when no one else was doing it, and always had a tan.

He put his kids through college and they all were successfull. We will miss him.
    Dum de dum dum DUMB!!!

  2. Sorry for you're loss, I know how it feels to lose a family member... I never got to meet my grandfather since he passed away before I was born

  3. Sorry to here about the lose, he looked like he was a really nice guy
You can never be one of the dead, because something that has no existence can have no community.

  4. Thanks guys. Joe was one of the coolest people that ever lived in my humble oppinion. He helped a lot of people, including me.
    Dum de dum dum DUMB!!!

  5. My condolences man.

Never got to meet one of mine either... He died right after my mother was born. She never met him either, wasn't out of the hospital yet.

91, though, he lived quite a while. That's plenty of time to live a hearty life.

  7. Sorry to hear for your loss. I'm happy to hear he got at least one more birthday before heading out.

I have to worry over a few family members including my dad. He's always been a heavy smoker and lately I've noticed he's been having a little trouble breathing every once in awhile. I just hope he doesn't pass away before we can patch things up again.

Losses are always hard. But I figure if someone can get to that age, and presumably had a good life, then there's really no reason to be sad. They squeezed it all out of life, you should be proud.

We were well prepared. He was having a hard time for about a month. And I am extremely proud because he was always cool to everybody.

Sucks bro... losing anyone important in your life is a real bitch.

Part of life though, best just to keep on living.
