Makes me wish I would have waited and not buy GX and Soul Calibur 2 in the same week, as I didnt even play it. sigh.

I don't think so! I believe that you use your GC memory card at the arcade and can get the upgrades there. From what I've heard anyways.

no you get the License card at the arcade you pay an extra dollar for one
