I still have the PWsteal trojan virus and have to go through 4 long steps to get rid of it, but I can't use my mouse in safe mode. Can anyone help? I've tried Hijackthis, Ad-aware, and CWshredder and it keeps coming back. I can't activate the virus scan because my mouse doesn't work in safe mode. Is this normal?
If you have a windows button on your keyboard, that will allow you to access the start menu. Use arrow keys to select your adware or antivirus program. After that, use the tab key to set up the features you want and start it. This works for most descently coded apps.
