Ripping a PlayStation ISO with Nero

I used a program called ISOBuster, to rip the image. Tried to get Nero and CDRWin to work, but I guess I'm a gimp.

Never tried English patching a CDR of a PSX game. I'd need a modded PSX or PS2 to play it right? Or is there a decent PSX emulator I can use on PC?

Alternatively, you could have used Nero to make an NRG and then converted it to ISO. http://www.magiciso.com/
