No, they are only publishing the game. The developers are handling the servers.

  2. I dunno about you guys but even tho I'm dissappointed (and even tho I'm not really a Matrix fan) I might try this out.I never even playeda agme in this genre and I'm gonna try it out just cause Sega's involved.

Still PU strikes me as a much bigger announcement.

TGS should have some real quality SEga material I reckon...

And Ncsoft practically built their company off of them.

I'd beta test Matrix Online if it was free, but it would have to be utterly amazing for me to pay for it, especially if it had a big monthy fee.

Sega is getting to the point where I think Jeremy and Korian could do a better job running the company.

You guys have bad memory.I remember so many great Sega games recently...

You peope are overreacting.Okay so SEGA made a bad move and didn't live up to our expections in this Expo.Big deal!

Is that gonna change the qaulity of THEIR games from now on?

    No.IMO anyways...

  6. What are the recent great v not great sega games released?

  7. PD:O, Otogi, Astroboy GBA, SMB 1/2, sports games (if you like them, I don't), F-Zero, Puyo Puyo Fever, I'm sure there are a couple more

Then there are the decent ones. Then there are the great Sega Ages games (OK, not all of them are great, but the PS2 Fantazy Zone remake is the best thing ever). I think they have done pretty well if their goal was to make games I find fun...better than most companies out there.

You know what I don't like about Sega? Where the heck is Outrun 2 already? It should have been done by now, so I can only imagine they took forever to hand it off some port house.

it is currently being shown at e3. by all accounts, it's a perfect conversion. there are still quite a few extras to be added to the home release, so it'll be a few more months.
