I was reading that the PSP will have territorial lockout for the games as well...
I will infact import one as soon as its released...I decided to import this and get the US verison of the DS.
this thing looks awesome.

The PSP does look pretty slick, but it really needs some sort of sleeve or cover for that screen. That giant screen is just begging for ass loads of scratches. But this battery life issue is pretty much the do or die factor. So these developers are running wild based on the specs they have, but if their game requires too much loading it could eat up all the battery life, nice.
DS is still a million times more interesting that the PSP. Graphics and System Casing mean nothing in the comparison. The graphics will be pretty good, but the real meat is that fact that its got a billion cool features and offers something new.
Barf! Barf! Barf!
I'm just buying whichever one has that new Rez game. Although I've gotta say, that proposed $200-250 US price tag awould make a PSP purchase pretty tough. I could buy 4 used PS2s for that money.
