Any way to get Virtual Game Station running in XP?

before you all say "just use ePSXe", there IS a reason for having to use this. i thought i remembered a hack somewhere to get VGS running in XP but i can't seem to find it. any help?

Download aldo vargas' vgs patch to get it running under XP.
