Players are split up into two teams who drive around buggies and try to put a giant, player-sized ball into the other team's goal. Players have 3 item slots where they can put various item pickups including the rocket, nitro, goop (i.e. banana peel from super mario kart) and cloaker (you can also beep the horn).

If you like soccer, hockey, or super mario kart then you'll probably like this mod. If you like all three games then you'll probably love it like I do. Stop by irc.paintballchat.net #carball to chat with the community sometime.

I agree that Alien Swarm is a sweet mod. It pained me to hear that a smash TV mod was in development and then stopped. Alien Swarm is sweet, but it can't match the "frantic action feeling" of Smash TV. Maybe it Alien Swarm had a pleasure dome...

For anyone that cares, the new ChaosUT mod is out and is great! Besides all the new maps and such and new weapons(The ripper is back as the Cutter!) The weapons use different ammo that you can switch. I feel as though I have just barely scratched the surface on all this mod has to offer. I haven't tried all the "chaos" maps out yet, but the mod works with all maps you have, not just chaos maps.

Alien Swarm is the most insanely good coop I've ever played, period.

It is also the hardest. Playing on voicecom with three veteran fps clanmates, we get ruthlessly slaughtered on Normal difficulty. Still a blast though

www.blackcatgames.com who did Thievery for UT which was a mod made after Looking Glasses Thief.

Multiplayer Thief, made well, that's what Thievery was and damn it Nightblade looks even better, albiet that it's actually sort of diverging away from imitating thief with the invention of apparently "bolt dodging" (check out the trailer) and a few other aspects.

PS: I was planning on really keeping up with all of the mods, but there are seriously over like 30 out there right now in a span of only a few weeks. Plus I'm playing SWG again like a mother fucker.

I still do try and work in at least one game of Air Buccaneers and Frag.Ops once a day though.

Your health refills but your body armor dosen't. So you have to buy new armor or whatnot. Yes, the glowing red man is distracting.

Yeah noticed that a little while ago, they really do have incredible talent, anyone else here ever play Thievery? If not I suggest you do, there are like 6 servers comprised of around 300 active/inactive players, it's a tight nit group that doesn't take shit from morons who play the game, but are more than happy to help a newbie out in the game.

It was decent fun, but in which maps do I get to fly X-Wings and Tie Fighters?
