I've been playing UT2K4 a bit recently on a friend's PC and I refuse to buy it as I know it will keep me in all summer. I've really warmed to it (UT and UT2K3 were pure shit imo), especially all the different game modes. Best fps ever? No, Quake 3 is still king.
