    Actually....

Besides Chuck, Mr. T is next in line.

That figure IS nice, but it doesn't have the eyes of the ranger.

  5. I feel a bit out of it right now - so I make this breif and post more later:

The figs are amazing, I love them.
I've been knocking around some thoughts of doing a small run.
    Yea, uhm...awesome.

  6. i wish i could get backed to do some vinyl designer toys like those guys...but for right now i'm just workin with custom figure kits from volks n stuff as a side buisness(click the sig for examples).

  7. Thought these looked cool when I opened the thread but after checking som eof the sites... how much?! They are far too expensive for my tastes,
I thought you were gay.... i guess not.

  8. Well, I'm somewhat in agreeance, some of those prices are outrageous, especially stuff by Michael Lau (the Tokyo Tribe figs I posted are over $300 a pair), but personally I think a lot of the ones under $50 are pretty reasonable, considering the quality of the sculpt and paint job and the low print runs.

But I understand where you can't justify it. I'd suggest maybe investing in some of the japanese capsule figs, like those 2 Vanimal Zoo lines I posted. They'll mostly only set you back $6 a pop, and they're very good quality. They are a blind assortment (all boxes look the same, you don't know what you'll get), though, so I'd suggest ordering at least 2 at a time, in case you get one you don't like.

    Cool thanks

I found one recently myself, but it's more of a model then a figure... it's from Dark Carnival and is a new model they have called "Dinnertime"

  10. Me, being the crafty figure collector that I am, have been aware of the HK vinyl scene for years now. Some of the best art in action-figures has come out of this movement, and Lau is a genious.

If any of you are interested, www.kidrobot.com is the place to be for all of these wonderful, quirky collectable delectables.
