New Galaxy Express Anime (2004-06-10 12:43:00)
Uchuu Koukyoushi Maetel ~Ginga Tetsudo 999 Gaiden~ (Space Symphonic Poem Maetel ~Galaxy Express 999 Side Story~), a new TV series installment to Galaxy Express 999, will premiere on SKY Perfect TV on August 6th. The new series takes place before the original Galaxy Express 999 TV series and two years after Maetel Legend, and will feature a young Captain Harlock. Source: Little Harlock

Excellent. Being a fan of all things Leiji Matsumoto that aren't called "Harlock Saga," I am quite excited about this. Now, all I need is a computer capable of handling the assumed oncoming fansubs...
