i'm an insider and for some reason lately(been happening for a month now), whenever i click a link to download a video, i eaither A) get a "you dont have permission to download this file" crap or B) it won't start to download but an extrememly low transfer rate. I have a 1Mbps DSL, and for the most part when downloading from IGN, i used to get 136KB/Sec transfer rate on daily basis, but lately i can't seem to get anything about 20KB/sec

I have email tech support, so im still waiting for a reply. but in the time being i wanted to know if anyone is experiencing the same problem.
