this is the only time i will ever reply to something you post without being an ass, so revel in it.
finding a neogeo AES system at 100-200 is a pretty solid deal as long as it comes with all the hookups and at least 1 title.
BUT
the AES neogeo system is fine if you just want to play old favorites(fatal fury2/aof1/league bowling/etc). But if you want to play some of the more recent titles on the cheap, you WILL need an MvS~AES converter such as the Phantom-1.
Why?
let's say you want KOF2k3. Well, whatever the home cart would cost(normal price for newer games on the AES are around 300+), the arcade(mvs) version would be alot cheaper(probably 150-220). This way you can just pick up all the titles you want in their arcade MVS version for WAY less(normally) slap em in the phantom-1 and bam. you're ready and rockin.
and as a precaution, never EVER EVER EVER EVER in the history of your neogeo gaming life try to worry about whether carts are legit or not. if it will save you a few hundred bucks, grab a bootleg. you should be buying this system because you are a gamer, not a collector(also, keep an eye out as most neogeo fanatics are the most assinine people on the face of the earth).
