packaged in..yes but with a higher price tag
ie game is $49.99 with the bba or dialup is $80-100
kinda like the microphone thing for certain DC games

the price change on the regular controllers is effective today
well at least at gamestop stores i had a shit load of price changes print up that i had to go out and sticker today for the GC controllers
