I really like the charater designs so far, but that one really green environment looks like its been used in almost every past rpg :P.

I dont like the character art too much.......hopefully the game will be similar to star ocean 2 .....but with a better storyline. Speaking of starocean , the original games ROM is being transalated as this very moment and beta versions of the transalations are available on the net.
