New languages!

I've uploaded some language files for the TNL folks who either don't know English or speak it as a second language. The choice is pretty slim right now, but you can choose from the following:

• English
• German (formal and informal)
• Spanish
• Swedish

You can change the language settings in your User CP, under the "Edit Options" menu. Hope this helps some of you. Unfortunately, these languages don't override the text used in posts and such, just vbulletin menus and dialogs.
