No, He's a normal (if you can call it that) well trained individual who is uncannily skilled with a bow.All of those trick arrows are kind of like Batman and his batrangs/gadgets and shit. He just shows up to the party well prepared.But I guess it does make one wonder how he fits a boxing glove and net arrow into that quiver of his...

I always pictured Green Arrow as having a fake english accent, ya'know like cabbies in movies, always saying "Gov." Aside from that the animation left a lot to be desired but it was a solid script so I'm on for more of this. Lastly Green Arrows Boxing Glove Arrow owns all! Maybe we'll see the handcuff arrows in the near future.

Green Arrow did kick some ass in this ep., although I really didnt like his voice. He didnt sound as gruff and rugged as I thought he should have.

Yeah, I've always thought of him as having a grizzled voice but the voice actor grew on me over the course of the ep. Could have been a lot worse.

I think the starting will change each time it comes on focusinig on different heroes....in this case it was supergirl and green arrow

Half Hour eps = less character development. I know that worked well with the comic but I really can't accept it here. With the comic we had other reffence material as far as character development was concerned (their own books) but since none of there characters have their own show (or anymore) less time devoted to fleshing them all out means it's mainly an action series and honestly it can't hold a candle to the original.

That's true, but I'd rather have Justice League Unlimited rather than no new episodes period... (I miss Batman Beyond... )

From what I heard, this decision came down from Cartoon Network because people who casually tune in will most likely never see the other half of the hour long episode, which makes sense from a business standpoint. I was disappointed we didn't get to know more about the "Fireman" robot but it was far more interesting to see how the new heroes interact with each other.

I liked how Green Latern became very Captain Sisko-like, the new Watch Tower even looked like Deep Space 9.

The arrow tip itself is encased inside a metal cylinder, and when he pulls back on the bow, the cylinder breaks to reveal the punch arrow.

You can see this at the very beginning in the supermarket, so that's how he fits all the arrows in his quiver since they are the same size as regular arrows. For knowing which one to draw, I guess he just knows where they all are in his quiver.

Anyone else catch the episode of Justice League: Unlimited last night after TT?

After looking at the episode list this was one of the few (like the Hawk and Dove one) episodes I wasnt really looking forward to, It just sounded pretty dumb. JLA as kids.

I actually ended up liking this one though and thought it was funny throughout. Seeing lil' Green Lantern make his Urkel geek glasses with the ring then going to a more current GL mask. Lil' Batman getting a "girls-have-cooties" attitude towards Wonder Woman when she catches him. The baby Demon/Etrigan scene. There were a lot of wtf chuckle worthy scenes in there.

Lil GL to Lil Bats: "Your Girlfriend sure is bossy" Bats: "Shut-up"
Wonder Woman to all of the kids spazing out: "Im gonna tell your mommmms"
Lil GL: "Ill make a lazer cannon. No, a missle launcher.." lil Bats: "just pick something"
Baby Demon Sharts his britches - lil Bats: "Now this is a job for Superman"


It was even kind of cool to see wee Bats' still had the ability to outsmart Mordred at the end as well.He actually fucked the kid over more than he'll ever know too I guess.



I dont think the guys doing these shows can do any wrong. While I am starting to grow on the TT a little, I'm still a bigger fan of the JL.
