Banner help!

I made a banner for my site in Photoshop and while I'm happy with it for the moment, I think it looks really ghetto. I'm still learning about PS as I go and my skills really suck. The thing that irks me the most is the Sega logo which I could not make decent no matter how hards I tried.

Could someone help a brother out and make me a decent banner or at least tell me what I need to do to make that Sega logo look halfway decent?

Which Sega logo? The ones I see on your site look fine to me.

Letterings look fine, but it does seem a little "cheesy"? Also, bright yellow font color and white background isnt easy on the eyes.

Use the Dega font to re-create the Sega-16 logo for your site. Should produce a nice clean image.
