Do you like Game Informer magazine?

The retro section is nice, but then again I have these boards and a vast collection of old (and better) game magazines to touch on yesteryear. I remember when they looked back at Virtual Boy and proclaimed it a piece of crap that deserves to rust in closets everywhere.

Game Informer, for the most part seems incredibly stupid to me. I swear if I were to think about a fraction of the half-assed crap I read in GI, I'd burst a blood vessel in my brain. They also ran a bit on the "ten worst DC games you can buy, no matter how cheap" and listed EGG. Haven't read the magazine since then.

My kingdom for a magazine with good import coverage. *-neo

I got a few freedies awhile back, nothing too special to talk about I guess and the only saving grace had to do with the quality of the screenshots. I just know they're not going to stay with me forever (they sour with age) so I'm likely to just stick with my old GF/GR/GG collection... "grins"
