That thing was ridiculously hard to pull of and you pretty much had to pray that you were lucky to do it.

Not really.

Just load up your party with all six element colors and watch Lavos' pattern. After a while it starts casting spells in the right pattern. Either listen for the correct tones or look at the bright colored circles at the bottom of the screen. It's pretty idiot-proof.

Oh, it does. Atleast i did it quicker.

I did the "hard" way and tried set myself to do the next several attacks.

I am not sure that is how I did it. All i remember is that is was hard. :/

My opinion may not be as informed as most people in this thread, neo, but nonetheless you might find it interesting.

I dislike 99.9% of the many RPGs I've tried, but Vagrant Story is easily one of the best five games I've ever played.
