I can't post attachments anymore!

I was trying to upload a picture, but the page timed out before I had a chance to post it. So now, whenever I try to attach a new picture, nothing happens. When I check my attachments in my control panel, the picture is there with the message "in progress". I think that's what is holding my other pictures back. Could someone please take care of that for me?
