thumbnail is back and better than ever

After a long overdue retooling, thumbnail tags are back. This time however, you use [ thumb] http:// server/image.ext [/thumb ] to call it. The output is very similar to what imageshack uses, and was obviously based around that idea. Anyway, there it is.

Current problems:

- WYSIWYG editor may automatically parse URLs typed in. To fix this, highlight the linked url, and click the chain with the red X through it. Otherwise you'll get some hideous de-html'd HTML output
