The file attached to this message was infected with a virus that we were unable to clean. You can not download this attachment....

I got this through some mail from a guy/girl I don't even know does anyone know how to deal with the above virus?

This may seem obvious to you - don't open e-mail from people you don't know. And don't use Outlook or Outlook Express. And for the love of god don't use the damn preview pane.
