While it's not a spectacular game, Way of the Samurai 2 has enough nice touches and subcutaneous depth that you should take a long look and decide if maybe it's something you would want to get into. Sometimes the things that we have to work at are among the most rewarding.

This must be the only positively sounding review for this game. All other places hated this with a passion.
I will try to pick it up in the discount bin, or Ebay for dj, since he was a huge fan of the original, and sadly none of the rental stores has this game in stock.
I think it's worth playing, especially in the pre-holiday period when there's not that much else out. If you like fooling around with different fighting styles and stumbling on new gameplay aspects, this is a pretty decent game. I still haven't finished the hundred-man battle or the one-hit-kill difficulty level, so I'm still going back to it regularly.
