Marino's record is broken - on a pass that tied up Indy's/Charger's game 31 all, under a a minute left. Props to Manning I suppose - it would suck if they lost this game though.
7 - 8 with the Browns next week, We'll be 8 - 8 by the end of the season. Yay for .500 averages!

    HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!

I'm only excited about that because I had them in a pool.

The defense has been playing pretty good, the last couple of weeks. Maybe some of those guys are trying to keep thier jobs? If the Cowboys can get a decent quarterback next year, we'll stand a better chance of competing. Vinny has had a rough year though with all the new recievers playing, because of injuries to the starters.

  3. Does David Carr need another reciever to throw to? Or is Jabbar Gaffney and Corey Bradford enough to compliment the great Andre Johnson?

Mark Clayton looks like he would be a nice fit in the Texans offense, too bad he's going to be an Eagle.

  4. He needs to use his TEs and Armstrong is an ok reciver too, just not as much a play maker as Johnson.

  5. About this Monday night game, Rams up 17-7 so far with 10 mins in the 4th. This is pathetic, way to kill your momementum Philly. Regardless of T.O. being out, keep McNabb in there, keep Westbrook in there - they need to be warmed up before the big week off during Wildcards otherwise by the time they finally play in the divisional they're not going to be hot anymore. I agree with Madden - the Eagles are just pathetic tonight, I don't agree with this resting your starters thing, and while I'm no eagles fan, with T.O. out, McNabb needs to start some fireworks with Westbrook - and these two relatively less important games are the time to try out different things. Its about to be 24-7 Rams... just an awful game.

  6. Well, Seattle won the division, no thanks to the Jets...who, by the way, will hopefully lose by 200 points because they must hate the Seahawks (get these rubbish calls, can't win when I want them to, and go into OT just so C Martin can carry the ball 400 times to get the rushing title).

I was thinking: The Jets must hate the Saints. The Saints did their part =(

    It's playoff prediction time, bitches.

    Wild Card
Green Bay over Minnesota - It's January. The Vikings can't win a game.
Seattle over St. Louis - Third time's the charm.
Denver over Indianapolis - It's playoff time, Manning. Time to choke.
San Diego over New York - The Jets are the biggest fraud in the AFC.

    2nd Round
Seattle over Philadelphia - At least they won't choke in the Championship game.
Green Bay over Atlanta - The Falcons are the NFL's biggest fraud.
San Diego over Pittsburgh - Chargers are the most complete team in the NFL.
New England over Denver - Plummer can't play two good games in a row.

    Championship games
Green Bay over Seattle - Hasselbeck's bad enough when it's not -10 outside.
San Diego over New England - Brady collapses with 3 INTs to cost the Pats.

    Super Bowl
San Diego over Green Bay - Is anyone going to pick an NFC team this year?

For the record, my preseason pick was Indianapolis versus Seattle.

  9. San Diego vs. Green Bay in the Super Bowl? Put that ganja away.

Expect the unexpected in this era of shitty quality thanks to the salary cap.
