Nice prediction, I wouldn't mind seeing Pitts, and Greenbay in the Superbowl. I don't think anyone is playing with as much heart as the Steelers right now.Originally Posted by Joust Williams

Agreed - they played it tough down to the last game, would you expect anything else from Cowher, now the Patriots and the Eagles on the other hand, the former whom blew a nice late 4th quarter lead to the fucking Dolphins on Monday night, and the latter who played their bench warmers for their two last games, which were pathetic displays of shite, did anyone else notice they got pwned by cinncinatti like 38-10 or something? fucking rout, I hate teams that just complacently throw games like that, the eagles shouldn't get air time for that (they did on monday night when the laid down for the rams... who btw pisses me off that they made the playoffs.)Originally Posted by BRAD73
BTW - FUCK THE VIKINGS, FUCK THE NFC, I HATE that those halfasses made it to the playoffs by losing almost all of their second half season games, I couldn't fucking believe it, I was so happy when they lost - and New Orleans won, and man those Cajuns earned a playoff spot by actually trying and busting their balls late in the season, ditto for Carolina, but because of fucking technicalites, godamn St Louis and Minnessota are in the playoffs. What a wank.
The irony of it all is that the kicker for the Jets that missed the field goal is an ex-Saint that was cut in either 2000 or 2001. One thing that will be really crazy is if the Chargers cut Drew Brees after the season due to High Salary Cap $$$. They really fucked up when they gave Phillip Rivers that big contract and now they don't have room for both. I bet now they really wish they wouldn't have drafted a QB.Originally Posted by Tracer
The Saints definetly did a 180 degree turn with their defense. The word around here is that Haslett took the control of defense from Rick Venturi aka Fucking MORON, and that is why they turned it around. The owner Tom Benson is suppose to be tight with Venturi and that's why he's kept a job all these years and stunk up every posistion the man has coached. I really hope they fire him and give Haslett another oppurtunity.Originally Posted by station82o
Brady is not a fraud. Give the guy some respect, the way he handled the last drive in both superbowl wins.... he has ice in his veins. Granted, he sucked against the Dolphins couple of weeks ago and he really hadn't played all that well the last month and a half. But his team still wins and he brings his team down the field when he had to.Originally Posted by Yoshi
But the Patriots as a team play down (or up) to the opposition. See yesterday's game against the Niners.
I used to have some numbers that backed this up. What were they????Originally Posted by kingoffighters

The Vikings beat the Saints on Oct 17, 37-31. NO never came within 7 pts in that game and was losing by 10 or 14 most of the way. Quit whining.Originally Posted by station82o
The Packers beat the Vikings twice this season each on last second field goals.
The biggest problem with the Vikings, much like the Rams, is that they play in a dome. Astroturf is hard on the legs and many key injuries occur because of this. Randy Moss has been hurting since about mid season and has never fully recovered. Their done, as far as the playoffs go. The same with the Rams and Seattle.Originally Posted by RedCoKid
