Hey, I listed He-Man. I loved that show too, and had just about all of them (including all the post-their-prime new factions). In fact, that's what really started me drawing, was drawing my He-Man guys. I think you just outgrow them quicker than, say, G.I. Joe or Transformers...they're a bit more doll-like.

Sidenote: I kept all the weapons, backpacks, parts, etc. to all of my toys, and kept everything in good condition. But, as I aged, they were handed down to my younger brother, who more or less demolished everything. I sold just about everything not that long ago at a garage sale (you wouldn't believe how that stuff moves) since nothing was in good enough condition to be worth anything. I salvaged some Battle Beasts, Inhumanoids, and Battle-Cat (w/ armor!) for nostalgia, but that's about it.

I've been doing a lot of that lately. It can be really hard cutting through all the shit and deciding what is a part of you, and what is just shit you got because you were a 8 year old who just wanted to get something that day.

What? No Strawberry Shortcake, My Little Pony, Cabbage Patch Dolls, or The Carebears love?
Quick zephyrs blow, vexing daft Jim.

  4. Dino Riders (I think I still have the guy with an ant head) and Monsters in my pocket ruled my world.

and of course, Lego (still have my massive bag of it).

I have at least one of all the monsters in my pocket. Would anyone like to buy the full set?

  8. If GI Joe or Transformers doesn't win this, I'll feel like an old man.

I started off with He-Man and had almost every figure also (still have them) and then got into Transformers which I also have a huge collection of. I remember being the first of my friends to get Jetfire.

I like them both equally but I voted for He-Man.
